Buy Back & Product Return Policy

At Joyrise Global Wellness Sdn. Bhd., customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy below to understand your rights and our procedures.

(1) Buy Back Policy

  • The Company guarantees the purchase-back (buy back) of products that have been sold to customers or distributors, within a period of 180 days from the date of purchase and might return up to 90% of the purchase price, with terms and conditions applied. A charge of 10% will be imposed for handling and administrative costs.
  • In the event of manufacturing or packaging defect, distributors can return the products at the JOYRISE GLOBAL WELLNESS within 180 days. We will replace the product(s) purchased. However, this guarantee does not extend to damaged or contaminated products due to expiry, negligence or deliberate acts.
  • Repayment will not be made by the Company in the event of any damages to the said product(s) caused by carelessness/negligence of the customers.
  • Repayment will be made after the completed claim form is submitted along with the returned product(s) in good condition/shape, in terms of content and product packaging.
  • Unsold products to be returned and purchase-back by the Company must fulfil the following terms and conditions:
    • Products must not be opened or used
    • Products must be in good and marketable condition
    • Date of invoice for products purchased must be within 180 days
    • Expiry date of products to be returned must not be less than six(6) months
  • Refund on the unsold products(s) purchased back by the Company shall be subjected to the following:
    • Within ten (10) working days from date of invoice (cooling off period) --- No Admin fee will be charged
    • Within 180 days from date of invoice (after cooling off period) --- 10% Admin Fee will be charged. All bonuses paid will be deducted.
  • Distributors must attach the following at the time of returning of the product(s):
    • Stock Return Form dully filled
    • Invoice of the said product
    • Product(s) to be returned
  • Distributors who wish to terminate his/her distributorship may make a request in writing to the Company to buy back the unsold products within 180 days from the date of his/her resignation.
  • The Company reserves the right to accept or reject the request for product return.
  • The Buy Back Policy shall exclude marketing tools and sales aid such as booklet, paper bag, folder, poster, etc
  • The Company reserves the right to amend/add/delete any part of this policy from time to time without prior notice.

(2) Product Exchange Policy

  • To be eligible for product exchange, the product must be returned within 90 days from the date of invoice
  • Proof of purchase (order, invoice number and receipt) must be produced for the exchange
  • The goods must be in good condition and returned in the original, unopened packaging and any free gifts received with it must be returned at the same time. Gift items that comes with the purchased items are not entitled for return or refund.
  • Only regular price items may be exchanged. Free Gift items are non-exchangeable.
  • Returns must be made at the same outlet where the product is purchased.
  • The product will be exchanged with a similar product. No monetary refund will be given under this Exchange Policy
